About half a year ago, I began reading 'the China Study' by Dr. T. Colin Campbell. Unfortunately, I got sidetracked and distracted by other books, and only got one or two chapters in. Now, 7 months later, I have finally picked it back up and am absorbing every single bit of mind-boggling information. I'm pretty much finished, and I just wanna say that the book is, simply put, amazing. I always knew that veg living was beneficial for one's health, but never to the extent that it is explained in this book. I'm just blown away.
I truly believe that the information in 'The China Study' has the power to save lives. Please, for the sake of your health, and the health of your loved ones, read this book!
