Vegan's Chronicles

Do you iHerb?

An anonymous reader was kind enough to inform me of iHerb.com, this awesome online store that sells health products and ships to Korea at a pretty good price! This website seriously has everything from vitamins and raw energy bars, to coconut oil and vegan protein powder. Their standard International AirMail is a flat rate of $4.00 for orders up to $80.00 or 3Lbs, and you get $5.00 off your first order with the coupon code 'MIP268'. They even have Korean translations and automatic KRW currency conversions. Totally awesome!

I'm almost thinking that this is too good to be true. I no longer have to hint to anyone back in the States to send me care packages, and I don't have to ask people to bring stuff for me when they visit! Can this be for real?

As soon as I realized how reasonable the shipping is, I promptly sent in an order of chai tea, NuNaturals stevia powder and vitamin D supplements, and the cool thing is that in less than 24 hours, I got an email saying that my package had been shipped. According to the site, it says that I should expect to get it in about 2 weeks. I'm so excited! If this first order goes well, I know I will be ordering many, many more items (guar gum, chia seeds, vegan energy bars... ahh!). Suddenly, being a healthy, happy vegan in Korea has become so much easier. I'll definitely let y'all know once my package arrives. :)
